As you know Laura and Brendan got a call last February. They flew to Minnesota to witness the birth of their daughter. They had less than a week to get everything together. Then spent the next couple of weeks in a hotel with thier brand new baby girl. After being cleared by the state they brought Alexis home. Now all the legal papers are finalized and on Monday, November 23rd, she became part of our forever family. Well officially anyway. It was a very special event and we are all so happy that it is finalized. What a great way to celebrate an early Thanksgiving. And has reinforced the idea of what to be thankful about.

Ronan came up with this costume all on his own. He is so amazing and so confident.

Ronan's school held a trunk or treat. I had a meeting but Rob is awesome. He dressed the kids and took them. He said it was great and the kids had a blast.

Susan and John took us to a great pumpkin patch. Horse rides, a corn maze, pig race (we miss 'cause Ronan was ridng the horse, will see it next time), a petting zoo and a hay box. What else could you possible need for a lot of fun!?!
